Organisers of the forthcoming DomainFest have elaborated on their plans for the event as well as offering an insight into their budgeting.
DomainSponsor has said the conference, which is to take place from January 28th to the 30th next year, will receive $1 million in funds to help it go off with a bang.
Talking to domain Name Wire, marketing representatives for the event Vivian Tran and Aaron Kvitek said it would also include a "boot camp" for amateur domainers a day previous to the conference's opening.
There will also be opportunities to network and make new contacts during the proceedings, they added.
Jeff Kupietzky, executive vice-president of DomainSponsor's parent firm Oversee.net, told the website that they would earn back the money spent through sponsorships and registrations.
DOMAINFEST 2008 saw the attendance of around 700 people, making it the largest conference of its kind so far.
Last week, it was announced that the keynote speaker for the event will be Steve Wozniak, co-founder of Apple Computers.
