Platform-A is launching a new interface for publishers, including those with a generic domain name who want to join its Advertising.com network, according to a report. Adotas.com reported that the facility will be web-based, self-service and will come under the Advertising.com umbrella, meaning it "eliminates any high-tech hassle" that might out off smaller clients. In fact the article highlights the convenience of the service for smaller publishers who previously have not had the same options as the larger ones. The service optimises publishers' inventories and is another way in which Platform-A is trying to "help publishers monetise their ad inventory", said the website. Lynda Clarizio, president of Platform-A, told the website: "Until now, smaller publishers didn't have a lot of options to receive cost per impression [or CPM] pricing for their display inventory." Platform-A says its automated optimisation technology makes sure each advert teaches its most appropriate or "responsive" audience.
