Auditors.com acquired by media firm

An internet-based company specialising in online media and direct navigation opportunities has announced the acquisition of another generic domain name.
It has emerged that Elysium Internet, a subsidiary of FTS Group, has purchased Auditors.com although it has yet to be reported the exact value of the high profile acquisition.
Commenting on the purchase, Elysium Internet's founder and chief executive officer Scott Gallagher said that the company was pleased to have made the acquisition and that the category specific generic domain was a landmark move for the company.
"We believe Auditors.com, when fully developed using our directory advertising platform will become the leading brand in the related accounting and financial services space delivering significant value to both advertisers and users of the site," he said.
He added that Auditors.com represented Elysium Internet's largest ever domain purchase although it is currently hosting only advertising space.
Auditors.com is not the only generic address the company owns. It has so far acquired other sites such as TheDirectory.com, Therapists.net, SecuritiesAttorney.net, NevadaLawyer.com and LocalAttorney.net, among others.
