Domainers in the east of the USA may be interested in the news that the 2009 Domain Roundtable Conference will be held in Washington DC.
The conference, to be held from June 14th to 17th next year, will be the first to be held in the region.
Seattle was the location for the first three events before host Name Intelligence was bought by Thought Convergence and moved it to Chicago this year, the online journal explained.
It claims Washington DC is "a smart move" as the city will have an increasingly bigger input into the industry in the future with congress considering bills that may affect business.
Domain entrepreneurs will be able to make their opinions know to "key decision makers" at the conference.
Those seeking information on domain name investment may wish to attend the event. Registration opens on September 1st.
Visitors may wish to visit Washington DC attractions such as the Smithsonian as well as attend Roundtable parties, according to the conference website.
