Domain name conference to be held in Ontario

A new domain name conference is to be held in Toronto, with just four weeks notice given before the event, it has been reported.
The Domian Convergence will be held in Ontario from the 6th to the 8th of October, reported DN Journal.
Organising the proceedings will be Frank Michlick, co-founder of generically named websites sharedreviews.com and domainnamenews.com.
Mr Michlick commented: "Too often in our industry there is an air of secrecy and mystery. This conference is a forum for people of all portfolio sizes and earning levels to come together and share their insights."
He added that the aims of the event are to "foster an open information exchange" and to concentrate on the development of domain names.
The venue for the event will be the Marriott Fallsview and Spa in Niagara Falls.
One of the biggest events in the industry, the TRAFFIC conference, was held over four days in May this year at Orlando's Disneyworld.
