Registration site Domain.com has come up with a low-cost streamlining plan to tempt new customers and open up opportunities for existing ones.
The revisions consist of lower-priced hosting packages, commitment-free payment plans and increased disk space and bandwidth, reported marketwatch.com.
According to the site, generically named Domain.com is one of the only organisations to offer no-commitment full-service web hosting plans.
"Domain.com understands the cash flow constraints many of our customers face given the current economic conditions," said David Steinberg, marketing director of the site.
Mr Steinberg added that customers should be able to find a plan that "fits their budget and needs" during a time of economic uncertainty.
Another generic site, FitnessFootwear.com, announced it has expanded its range of insulated boots in time for the winter months.
