A domain name event to be held in Niagara Falls, Canada, is set to be a "great conference", its chairman has assured those considering attending or getting involved online.
Taking place from 6th to the 8th October, the conference will feature a live auction operated by specialists in the domain aftermarket, Fusu.
The bidding is set to last for one hour with any unsold names going to internet auction up to one week afterwards.
"Our aim is to put together a great conference for the Canadian and international domainer community, filled with valuable sessions and opportunities to network," said Frank Michlick.
He added that the live auction will be "the icing on the cake".
Generic domain names have proven to be a popular investment of late, with Invest.com selling for over $1 million this week, along with Floor.com, which fetched $275,000 and FinancialAid.com which was snapped up for $800,000.
