Domainer gives three reasons for buying generic domain names

Writing on Make Money on Internet, blogger and domain owner Joseph Nyamache has said there "are maybe a thousand reasons" for a business to own a domain.
He offered three reasons why owning domains – particularly generic domain names – are a wise business decision, beginning with their potential for online investment.
More consumers are choosing the internet for purchases of items as disparate as prescriptions and pizza and companies can take advantage of this by buying a domain name, he said.
The importance of domain names that are easily found on the web was revealed earlier this year, when generic domain Pizza.com was sold for $2.6 million.
Mr Nyamache went on to say that building a website can be easy and domain names should be "identifiable to your customer base".
This week DN Journal editor Ron Jackson commented on the growth of the media industry, which includes generic domain names and their owners.
