Krakow is set to host its own domain name event this week to lure industry insiders to share their tips and maybe even bid on some new editions to their portfolios.
MeetDomainers, which kicks off on October 3rd and finishes on the 4th is set to attract a minimum of one hundred domain investors, web developers, hosting service providers and domain parking experts.
There will also be a live auction, which is to feature names whose bidding starts at just one euro with no reserve, reported thedomains.com.
Issues set to be discussed over the course of the event include aftermarket, registration, dropcatching and domain parking.
Art auctioneer Agnieszka Jankowska, who will be heading up the bidding, said: "Domains mean big money
domain live auction results will confirm that."
One of its counterparts, the US Traffic domain name convention, was last week held in the Brookyln Marriott hotel, New York and drummed up an eye-opening $3 million in domain name sales.
