China.com has announced that it will increase its partnership with Google, to allow its websites greater access to the search engine provider's immense resources.
China.com, a subsidiary of Hong Kong-based CDC Corporation, claims to receive five million visits a day from people accessing its multiple news, business and lifestyle information services.
The website hopes to boost its capacity by further partnership with Google, the world's leading search engine, as more of the users who come across the site become able to access exactly what they need.
"By expanding our partnership with Google, we can further improve user satisfaction and encourage more robust growth for china.com," announced Xiaowei Chen, president of china.com.
As a holder of a popular generic domain name, the website is already a primary location of countless web-searches looking for all sorts of information.
Its name and status make china.com popular not only with web-searchers, but also as a target for fruitful business partnerships. Google's further involvement with the website comes after the announcement in July of a strategic partnership between china.com and real estate website SouFun.
