Representatives from the generic domain name Hotels.com are planning to attend the forthcoming Arabian Travel Market 2009 in a bid to become more involved in the Asian travel sector, it has been revealed.
For the first time, some of the firm's most experienced figures, including the region's managing director Nigel Pockington, will be on hand at the convergence to discuss developments within the hotel industry, investment opportunities and the benefits of gaining access to the Hotel Price Index.
According to Mr Pocklington, attendees can "learn how they too can benefit from the company which currently operates 52 sites around the world including 31 sites in 24 languages across Europe, the Middle East and Africa".
The director added that if a customer can find a prepaid hotel deal for less, the firm will match the price.
Furthermore the company, whose site, like BulgariaHotels.com and BookingAgency.com occupies a piece of valuable internet real estate, will be using the event as a platform to announce new developments specially tailored for the region.
