Yesterday (June 23rd) a participatory workshop was held to discuss the changing industry of generic domain names and its effects on the web.

Last night welcome cocktails were served and tomorrow a gala event will be held at Paris city hall, described as "lavish" by ICANN.
The event is being held at Le Meridien Montparnasse, which also hosted the Domainer Meeting last weekend. The meeting produced $361,000 of sales of domain names.
