This year's DOMAINfest Global Conference in Hollywood has been praised by industry news website DN Journal.
According to a review of the event for the site, Ron Jackson states that the organisers "did just about everything right" for the three-day conference and adds that the only dampener on the day was the unexpected Californian rain.
Mr Jackson states the event, which took place at the Renaissance Hotel, offered "a well-thought out agenda, comfortable quarters, good food and drink and great people everywhere you turned".
He adds that despite recent economic worries the DOMAINfest Global Show, which also took place at the conference, showed no signs of mirroring the murky weather with over 600 attendees.
It is noted that the success of the event was largely down to the organising by the event hosts Oversee.net and Mr Jackson concludes that this was aided by strong attendance and genuinely interested parties.
Earlier this month, Domain Name Wire announced details of a survey to find which of the four largest domain conventions was the biggest success.
