Moniker announces auction of generic domain names

Moniker has revealed that it will put a host of generic domain names up for sale at the forthcoming Traffic conference in Silicon Valley.
The occasion could present businesses with the chance to buy up some prime internet real estate, as Moniker has announced that Realty.com, Ad.com and DiscountToyStore.com are to feature at the event.
Taking place at the Santa Clara Marriott Hotel in California on April 29th, the auction will also offer RepairMyCredit.com, BestCDRates.com and OnlineTelevision.com to the auction block.
A complete catalogue of names up for sale will be featured on the company's site on April 14th.
Meanwhile, those who cannot afford the airfare to California for the conference could consider purchasing some similar generic domain names online, such as Ads.com or ChildsToys.com.
