17th March 2009 Name.com sends first newsletter
Domain name news brought to you by DescriptiveDomainNames.com
The domain name registrar with the generic domain name - Name.com - has announced a new daily service to help businesses get the web address they want.
Name.com has begun issuing a newsletter to those who have signed up to its new service, Monday to Friday.
The letter will contain details of domain names owned by the company’s brokerage clients, worth anything between $20 and tens of thousands of dollars each, Domain Name Wire reports.
As well as the names and the prices, the update will contain details of why each domain name is valued at the particular asking price.
Businesses looking to follow Names.com into the domain name registry have a huge range of choice when it comes to selecting the right address for them.
For example, BestDotComs.com is available from £575, while bidding for DomainNameAddress.com starts at £3,600.
Meanwhile, those with a little more to invest might be tempted by NewBusinessNames.com, which has a starting price of £15,000.
