After finding success selling numeric domain names, Sedo has announced an auction, scheduled for later this month.
The auction will take place from November 27th 2008 to December 4th and will feature the sale of digit-only domain names.
It is thought that the most popular and demanded numeric domain names will be those that are also are codes or zip codes.
A Sedo statement said that among the numbers it is willing to consider are those with two or three numbers with a .com or .net extension, four-numbered addresses and five numbered ones that have "relative appeal".
The organisation has experienced previous success selling numeric names such as 770.com, 49.com and 248.com, which were sold for $343,208, $91,500 and $175,000 respectively.
Live Current Media recently announced that it was selling a range of geographic domain names that could prove particularly useful to businesses, including Indonesia.com, Brazil.com and Vietnam.com.
