Tucows has announced the launch of YummyNames.com, which will provide marketers and industry insiders with access to a plethora of premium domain names.
The names all come from the Tucows portfolio and have been offered particularly with marketers in mind.
YummyNames enables businesses considering setting up a website, or those looking for a more suitable address, to search through thousands of names.
These include several generic names, such as lemons.com, listener.com, divorced.com and veggies.com.
Bill Sweetman, the general manager of YummyNames, highlighted the importance of a strong name for businesses.
"It's important for marketers and organisations to realise they don't need to settle on a lousy domain name. [They] are a vital component to successfully marketing a brand - whether it's the launch of a new company, a website or marketing campaign," he explained.
In similar news, the new online tool DNFame was launched recently to help domain name owners check the value of their portfolios.
