Restaurant.com serves up tempting discount offer

Restaurant.com has cooked up a tempting offer that will no doubt leave its client base slavering with hunger.
The generic domain name is currently offering up to 80 per cent off gift certificates for those looking for a unique present for friends or family this month.
A $25 gift certificate normally sold for the discounted price of $10 for example, can now be snapped up for just $2 - the site's most popular voucher among its clients.
The premium domain name, which is similar to other available names Bakeries.com or Crisps.com, often advertises such promotions among its newsletter recipients.
To take advantage of the generous offer, users should access the premium generic domain name, enter their desired location and select their chosen certificate amount.
Then, by entering the word 'dine' into the promotional code box, the lucky recipients will receive the discount. The offer stands until February 28th.
Last Christmas, the generic domain name gave away $30 million worth of discount vouchers as the recession hung over the US.
