Suppliers using the generic domain name Unicycle.com are marking the company's 10th anniversary by sending packages including the one-wheeled cycles to boys and girls clubs in the US.
The site, which calls a premium domain name its home, was launched in 1999 and today boasts a number of bases in Europe, North America, Australia and Asia.
To mark its birthday and celebrate its impressive growth and success, the owners are launching a pilot unicycle program for children which will see it donate a number of the single-wheeled vehicles to the Boys and Girls Club of America.
Among the gifts is also safety equipment and learning DVDs, which will be sent to the society's branches in Newark, Los Angeles and Chicago.
John Drummond, president of Unicycle.com, which is similar to available generic domain names Motorbikes.com and AdultTricycles.com stated: "Boys and Girls Clubs provide a safe and positive environment where America's children can relax, learn, have fun and grow."
